We suggest that you book your room early to ensure the special pricing. You should identify yourself with the "Ethnographic Praxis in Industry Conference" or EPIC to get the special room rate. Willows Lodge Willows Lodge is a luxury Northwest-style lodge situated on five acres bordering the Sammamish River and in the heart of Western Washington's wine country. The guestrooms average 500 square feet and feature fireplaces, oversized soaking tubs with separate shower, personal bars, French Press coffee, laptop sized safes, and patios or balconies all with views. Also, the rooms offer DVD and CD players, 27" stereo TV's and complimentary high-speed Internet access at a working desk. They also feature overstuffed beds with a lambs wool pad, and 300 count Frette Italian linens with soft goose down pillows and European style duvets. The hotel sits together with two of the premier local restaurants, The Herbfarm and Barking Frog. It is about a 20 minute drive from Willows Lodge to Microsoft on a typical morning. (http://www.willowslodge.com) Bellevue Fairfield Inn Hotel The Fairfield Inn is located next to Microsoft, less than a 5 minute drive to the conference center (or a 15-20 minute walk). It offers several amenities including a complimentary continental breakfast, free high speed internet, free local calls, a work desk, iron and ironing board, in-room coffee maker, and free cable including HBO, pay-per-view movies and the latest Nintendo games. The hotel offers an indoor heated swimming pool and spa, as well as a fitness center. Single and double rooms are available for $124.00 per night. Additionally, there are many hotels in Seattle if you would like to stay in the city. Microsoft is about a 45 minute drive from Seattle during traffic.
